ABOUT VECTORLINE
Precision over volume. Architecture over advice.
Vectorline Partners was created to answer a specific problem: how do we build trustworthy content and AI systems in a world where synthetic media is cheap, fast, and everywhere? The practice sits at the intersection of technical standards, platform realities, and policy expectations.
FOUNDER
Andrew Jenks
Andrew Jenks has spent his career at the intersection of technology standards, governance, and organizational architecture. His work spans the foundational layers of content provenance — from C2PA specification development to ecosystem adoption strategy — and extends into the structural challenges of responsible AI governance.
Before founding Vectorline, Andrew held roles that placed him inside the rooms where trust infrastructure was being designed. He contributed to standards that now underpin how digital content is authenticated, governed, and verified at scale.
Andrew's approach is architectural: he treats every engagement as a design problem with structural constraints, stakeholder dynamics, and systemic dependencies. The output is never a slide deck. It's a framework that holds weight.
Based in the Pacific Northwest.
APPROACH
PHILOSOPHY
Trust is not a technical problem — it is a human one. Provenance is how we preserve meaning in a world of synthetic content. Clarity is the foundation of every responsible AI system.
Three values guide every engagement.
Integrity over optics.
We prioritize what is actually defensible and sustainable rather than what only looks right in the short term.
Clarity over complexity.
We translate standards, policy, and technical constraints into plain language and concrete options that decision-makers can act on.
Human-centered.
We care about how technology affects creators, audiences, and institutions, not just the systems that enable it.
